This has been the best renting experience I've ever had! The ladies in the office is like a breath of fresh air, they are helpful, understanding,and just over all amazing!! Neighbors are quiet, Maintenance is nice and on time! I have no complaints!

The apartment is poor quality, maintenance issuses go unattended, and then the rent increases despite there being no upgrades to the apartment or additional amenities. I want to mention the my door is still half painted after a year and a half. In addition, if I ever have a complaint regarding my neighbors the only solution Hunterstar Leasing gives is a useless text message that gets ignored. The display apartment connected to the leasing office is kept in better condition than the one I live in…

Maintenance is super slow to come out and fix things and there is a lot of noise. Thin walls and can constantly hear neighbors having sex, watching TV, or just talking. Not too much to complain about though... It's cheap and works for my needs.
