Safe And Reasonable

We needed a place temporarily and had to make long distance arrangements. The property management staff are very accommodating and worked with us to make things work. The area is mostly quiet and safe. No break-ins or other criminal activity evident. The majority of the tenants are quiet and friendly. The maintenance staff are few and they make up for that with effort. Anything at all that needs to be repaired, replaced, or looked at, they address things very promptly. They do their own snow removal and with the big storm this year they all put in long hours to get things cleared. If you needed a shovel to get your car out, they gladly lend you one and often cheerfully helped to dig tenants out whenever they had the time. The property management are very helpful, kind, and responsive. Any issues, concerns, or compliments are always addressed and or followed up on. For security, many of the tenants have their deliveries addressed to the management office. They not only allow for it, they suggest it themselves at times. On top of that, they organize all the deliveries for each tent and quickly help you find your stuff when you stop by. As with any community, it is only as good as the participants. The more you participate and put in, the more you will get out of it. The buildings are older and could use some TLC as well as upgrades. If Monarch invests it has a lot of potential. It is an okay place right now and needs a little attention to be great. If more tenants communicate concerns to the managers, the greater their opportunity will be get the budget needed from the owners. It is easy to ramble off a list of deficiencies, but in the end the people here at this property are hard working and caring individuals trying to make it all work. Take the time to look around and ask questions. They will gladly help you out.

Great place to live and awesome location

I moved to Timber cove apartments from California and I love my little apartment very much . It feels like home and it’s right by the lake and the ac and heater work great .

I've been here since 2006 at the Decatur one by zoo. Feel safe, secure here whether working days, nights shifts no one bothers me out in parking lot. Office staff great, friendly will go out of their way to be helpful. Maintenance staff same you have a problem in apt they come fix as soon as they can unless it's serious problem like a water leak etc right a way they are there to get under control. Janitor here he's hard working covers a lot of bldgs and cleans up grounds outside etc . Friendly very helpful great person like the rest of staff here. All very considerate and polite. Would say it's a great place to live great area and a school across from apt. Complex , Zoo, Children museum, lake . Worth the rent you pay out here because of area apt. Complex is located at and they have pool, grills and playground for kids. One more thing they will NOT put up with visitors or/and residents being loud rowdy, loud music after certain time ect. 3 strikes your out. Pretty much quite place. Very content satisfied renter ????

If I could give the lady’s in the office more stars I definitely would, they are beyond five stars. Anything I’ve ever said bad about Timbercove I greatly take back. Timbercove has completely changed and the updates are extremely amazing. I’m glad to be a resident!
