I have lived here since it opened in 2008, 16 years, It is a great location, I am facing the lake. The property is kept neat and clean.

I have visited several apartment complexes, and The Reserve is the nicest and most attractive one in Decatur. It is also well maintained, and the grounds and yard area is very nice. The community areas are all very nice with wonderful ambiance. One thing I don’t like is that my rent has been raised to what I consider to be VERY pricey for a one bedroom apartment. However, I’ve noticed that older, less attractive complexes with unkempt grounds and fewer amenities have increased their rents to only slightly less than what mine is. So, The Reserve will continue to be my home for now.

Time has went by so fast, since moving here, and I believe it's because it's very pleasant and peaceful. It's just like home and you feel so safe. I've been here for 14yrs and have enjoyed it ???? Also our manager is awesome and we have excellent maintenence.
