This has been one of the best places I've rented. The building is well maintained. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The floors and ceilings are soundproof. Don't think I'll ever leave.

Slighty overpriced, rent increases every year, very few amenities, no air or ceiling fan in bedrooms, no exhaust fan in the bathroom; frequently creates mold from the moisture, only 2 washing machines for 12 units. Property well maintained, tenants are great, very peaceful and quiet building, location is great.

Rent increases every year yet nothing has been done to upgrade the units or property. The building needs more than 2 washers and dryers, air conditioner units or ceiling fans in the bedroom would be a great upgrade. Maintenance has had to enter my unit multiple times to fix the same problem.

While the appearance of the building is nice, the rent increases and the monthly rent amount doesn't equate to the amenities and perceived value of the units. There's no air conditioner units in the bedrooms and only having 2 washers and dryers for 16 units forces tenants to use outside laundry facilities.
