I have only been here for a month, but I have overall enjoyed my experience at 6040 N Sheridan Rd. I would recommend it. The parking spots are incredibly tight and not super spacious, so be mindful of how you park and the size of your vehicle. I enjoy my apartment, though, and there is sufficient noise blockage between apartments. Bry is also a wonderful, attentive property manager. Maintenance is quite responsive and quick, as well; however, they sometimes forgot to come back if a second visit is needed.

I love living here! The manager and maintenance are super responsive and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Building is fairly quiet considering we are right on Sheridan Road! Its nice to come home to quiet!
