When we moved in nothing was ready for us OR cleaned. I have mostly talked to other property managers over email and she has not been helpful of done her job.

The walls are very thin, however for me its a great location because I'm near the suburbs Evanston and Skokie.

It's been good. Our AC has broken three times since living there, almost every time it has been during the hottest stretches of the year. The maintenance man that I have interacted with has been good enough, save for the fact he told us not to lock our doors because it was a 'good neighborhood'... Totally get that, love it, love Rogers Park... He said that to two woman and that feels weird to me. Our buzzer has been broken for months. Our gate does not lock sometimes. We have not received a back gate key that we have asked for three times.
