typical new build- could be better

Its interesting to see a lot of new builds pop and figure out which of them are actually worth the luxury title and cost. I dont know if this is it. Nice fixtures and finishes - having a balcony is nice - but a lot of cut corners. My main issue with the building is the total lack of soundproofing in the building structure. Its been very disruptive to my quality of life. I can hear my neighbors walking around above me- that shouldnt happen. Property team is fine, i get theyre figuring stuff out. A week on a maintenance request shouldnt be the norm, im hoping it isnt.

Managers is terrible

Unfortunately, the management here is extremely unresponsive — they don’t answer calls or reply to emails. We’ve had multiple issues with parking, and the front entrance door requires a lot of force to open, which has been frustrating. Thankfully, the construction team has been very helpful. If you ask, they come quickly and fix things, but you do need to meet them in the building.
