…but noisy neighbors. If you rent on the west side of 535 you’ll get noise from the neighbor’s backyard. It’s like living next to a playground.

Building is quiet and clean

Building is quiet and clean could be more hitting specially Windows are a little bit outdated so my room is sometimes cooler cold air Comes through my window maintenance is good they respond for the way I like it.

new resident, So far the building is quiet. love the concrete floors,I wish the building had better window screens to prevent mosquitos from entering apt especially due to the west Nile virus. Due to bad parking wish there was a list on portal for near by car space rentals for tenants to view. LOVE the building maintenance.
