Great value overall, extremely convenient location and speedy maintenance. However, street parking can be a huge headache if you have a car.

Great place, quick move in! Very nice staff and maintenance especially, living in chicago for 7 years and they are really hardworks compared to downtown maintenance people. No real complaints at all aside from normal wear and tear in an Chicago building, but they they are on top of fixing anything that needs fixing and is not intrusive. Would recommend the property. With all the other agencies, they seem to actually care about tenants and are very fare compared to other companies. Definitely see myself here for another 2 years before hopefully affording to own :)

I have lived in this building for 6 months, and have had a pretty positive experience. For what I pay I'm not surprised at the lack of facilities on cite, but it would be nice to have more shared spaces. Additionally, I ended up sending my car to storage because of the lack of parking through the building. The area is pretty good for street parking, but it's not reliable enough for me to feel good about it.
