new resident, So far the building is quiet. love the concrete floors,I wish the building had better window screens to prevent mosquitos from entering apt especially due to the west Nile virus. Due to bad parking wish there was a list on portal for near by car space rentals for tenants to view. LOVE the building maintenance.
