The Water Tower Realty staff always go above and beyond, especially Jordan and Andrija. The location of this building is perfect – a block away from Broadway and right off Sheridan, which has numerous public transit options and proximity to Lake Shore Drive. Lincoln Park is less than a 10-minute walk away. My only word of caution? This is an older building, so expect the doors to be squeaky and the radiators to clang all night long. That is part of the charm, though!

More than perfect apartment location in Lakeview east. Renovated kitchen is not beat anywhere else in Chicagoland without paying a fortune. Best bang for your buck apartment in the area.

I have lived here for a little under a year and absolutely love it. My unit has all new kitchen and bathroom appliances and it super nice. Never have noise issues and truly a great location
