Great location, happy to renew

More than perfect apartment location in Lakeview east. Renovated kitchen is not beat anywhere else in Chicagoland without paying a fortune. Best bang for your buck apartment in the area.

Love it here!!!

I have lived here for a little under a year and absolutely love it. My unit has all new kitchen and bathroom appliances and it super nice. Never have noise issues and truly a great location

Lovely Apartment

This is my 4th month living here and I have had not one complain! The price for the space and new renovations have been amazing! There is never noise outside or people in the hallway. The staff is super friendly and whenever I put in a maintenance request it, it gets done un under 24 hours!
