Spacious apartment for great value. No major problems so far. It has its quirks like every other place, but it's been good overall.

I enjoy living here at Oakpark apartments. It’s a great location, the rent is not too bad and the maintenance people are the best and most reliable.

It's a fine apartment. Reasonably priced for the location. Has some quirky design flaws though. You can't open the dishwasher unless the fridge is also open, and there is a drawer you can't open unless the dishwasher is open. I find this comical, but not everyone will.

Have lived here a few months now. The apartment is okay, everything works fine but there are some rough edges particularly in the painting that are mildly annoying to look at. Also not a fan of having to pay for laundry considering that's basically the only amenity here.

I love living here, they keep it nice and clean. They’re always prompt when if comes to maintenance.
