Downfall to this property - the corporate office raises the rent often. I have lived here 4 years and my rent has been increasing every 9 months. This last increase was $40 per month. Garages are available to rent for $70 and there are generally garages always available. If the corporate office is going to raise the rent every 9 months, maybe they could throw in a garage with the rent cost, especially for tenants that pay their rent on time and have lived there for several years. The property is well groomed; however, better control and monitoring needs to be taken on tenants that have dogs since they don’t pick up after themselves. The grass is beautiful but be careful walking through it. The inside of the apartments are very nice. Modern. The maintenance team is amazing. You place a work order and they are taking care of the issue very quickly. The office staff, Bonnie, is very easy to work with and always so helpful. Biggest complaint - raising rent costs every 9 months and the % that the amount raises each time.
