I have lived here since November 8th 2025. What I would recommend is that an explanation or instructions come with the stove. I freaked out when the smoke alarm went off when there wasn't any smoke at all when I was cooking one pork chop in a glass pan. I wasn't satisfied that the dishwasher didn't work after the first use and took almost 2 weeks for someone to come out to replace a part.

Its been such a pleasure living at the greenway this was first apartment experience and i have had nothing but great experiences the staff is amazing snd the maintenance team is awesome.. thr service is never delayed. I want to send a special thanks to chelsey for being so kind and patient all the time I appreciate you. Its pricey now but its worth it in my eyes . Thank you all again for all you do
