Lived here for a few years now. Cheaper than other options, but it shows. My apartment seems a little older than others here. I don't like all the dogs around. Nothing stands out as great, though I don't care for a pool or other amenities so I could be missing out. Parking can get cramped and ice gets bad in winter. But its functional, and not bad overall.

Lived here over a year, and then some. It shows some age, but its affordable enough and runs smoothly enough to be good. Parking can be an issue, especially in the winter. Covered parking is nice. The internet has had hiccups and connection issues lately; this may not be Stonebrook's fault, but it would be preferable to hear that they are concerned and touch base with their internet provider. Lastly, it has a good location for anyone not looking to be a handful of minutes away from the college. Its right by the interstate surrounded by other residences, with a few restaurants and gas stations close by.

We have lived here a year moving from ME to ID. It was great Stone Brook Management had accepted our move in application before arriving to ID. It is great to know that one has a place to stay. Stone Brook apartments are great to live in, and management works with you good. It is quite for the most part, but once in awhile there are residents who do not know how to respect their neighbor peace and quite, and will not listen to management about not being loud when they live above their neighbors. It is a great area to walk your dog. We will miss the residents we have meet and living here. Stone Brook is also close to the necessities of life.

We have loved living here! It has been a stress free place to apply and live. We have lived here for over a year and went through quite a few managers. This manger is by far the best! They are super understanding and willing to work with you on everything. I have no complaints whatsoever about the things they have done. The covered parking is awesome because you do not have to scrape your car windows every morning but the additional parking can get really hectic sometimes. Occasionally we would have to walk pretty far in order to get a parking spot. Also, the entire time we have been there, the hot tub was not working. Every time we went, it was closed for maintenance. That was a huge bummer. Everything else was top notch and amazing. Great job, Stone Brook
