Improvement Needed
Management stability has been a problem. The maintenance department had or has had problems. The rules seem to change with each new administrator/resident manager. I have put in work orders for months and the same problems are happening in my apartment because the maintenance department did not acknowledge my need for help. I hope and pray that the most recent manager and maintenance staff will improve the stability of the building and its residents.
