Sinxevyou have made managemebt changes the property is looking up. Please keep havibg events! Makes it more licely for residents. Woukd love to see yiu bring in transportation … even if residence need to pay a little or buy a pass. Im wondering if uou coujd work witb some of the local transportation services? Diesnt gave to be ecery day.

We've lived here almost 2 years. We love it here ~ staff is great to work with. Only issue we have is squeaky floors in apartment above us.

It would be nice to utilize the pub and common meeting area for more activities. There are groups through Elder Help or other local nonprofits that bring in bands, groups for free or a small fee. You could also arrange more group outings. I would recommend more fun at this location. I hear the Spokane area locations are better at arranging activities. Further, too much wasted space as well as we don’t need the pool area. Maybe make a pickleball court … more cost effective. One other note, make room doors key fob access … easier to change code and not a key.
