Tree Top Apartments

I have lived here for about 3 months, and it is a better experience than my previous apartment. My only gripe is with the parking, and that is obviously limited due to surrounding neighborhood and park, but they have done the best with that they have for space.

It is the best apartments ive ever lived in.

It's been okay, it's convenient for my work. The landscaping around my building leaves a lot to be desired. The sprinkler system has been broken since I moved in. The first dryer as you enter the laundry room has had the heating element out for over 18 months and it STILL hasn't been fixed. I like being able to use the Fitness Room on my schedule now, while I couldn't use it before.

Its expensive for very old apartments, but a good location.

Ive loved living here but the newer residents seem to have trouble picking up after themselves as well as their animals. The parking isnt all that great and i wish the units had in-unit washer and dryers. People seem to love leaving their wet clothes in a washing maching for weeks on end at some times. Ive loved the area that this complex is in. Very close and easy to access any store within the city. 5 minute freeway access is always a plus as well. The price is a little high for what youre renting. Some units have been remodeled and look really well so youre lucky to get one of those if you can.
