Older apartments, but excellent loacation

I've lived here for almost a full year now and it's been great living here, I'm very close to the centennial trail for biking and walks, and it's quick to get onto the freeway to get across town from here. Winco being close by is a huge plus aswell. Downtown is a 10 minute drive too.

I've been with you for over 10 years. Everything is great with the exception of the dogs barking from below me all of the time.

I have lived here for about 3 months, and it is a better experience than my previous apartment. My only gripe is with the parking, and that is obviously limited due to surrounding neighborhood and park, but they have done the best with that they have for space.

It's been okay, it's convenient for my work. The landscaping around my building leaves a lot to be desired. The sprinkler system has been broken since I moved in. The first dryer as you enter the laundry room has had the heating element out for over 18 months and it STILL hasn't been fixed. I like being able to use the Fitness Room on my schedule now, while I couldn't use it before.
