Love this place
I have lived here for 2 years now. Very quiet and location is amazing. Maintenance is always on top of everything and gets things done fast! Very affordable for two bed two bath!
Apartments
Location great, noise level low, beautiful walkway, parking is packed and theres not even enough for every resident to have their own spot and id say most apartments are empty and most apartments need work done to them.
Very outdated, poorly maintained
Ive lived her for about 10 years, most of my appliances are outdated and are way overdue tp be replaced. The fridge freezes meat, veggies, eggs. The dosheasher is disgusting. The water heater cant keep up with more tham one shower. The ovem doesnt work beey well.
Peaceful, Quiet place to live
I have really enjoyed living here the last year. The location is amazing, steps from the trail that leads to CDA river. Close to everything in town. It is great to not have to scrape my car off in the winter and the parking lot is very lit up which makes leaving early morning for work feel safe. The apartment is updated and a great value for the space. 10/10 review. Neighbors are quiet, peaceful place to live.
