Safe, comfortable, and well located with wonderful amenities. One of the only places I’ve ever lived where the common spaces are so well thought out that they are frequently used. Excellent sound proofing, too. I never hear my neighbors, the outside world, or even the restaurant directly below me. 100% recommend.

I move-in for over a month now. There is cat litter on the floor of 6th's trash room, later someone spilt soomthie on the ground. But those were never be cleaned. Apartment should clean the trash room more often. Also the lock of trash door is very diffcult to use, always take me long time to open it. Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Dayne.

The staff are friendly but I can tell Roundhouse (as a large company) really don’t intend on giving their tenants a TRUE luxury apartmemt hospitality feel. Fair enough price for such a convenient location. A new building has its perks as well. 4 stars overall
