Pretty good but a little noise and takes a while for staff to get back to you (except maintenance!)

I have lived here for almost a year and have had a mostly pleasant experience.

Lived here a while good location for me.
Beats under a bridge
4 years, history of ever changing property managers, some of which have been shady, unethical and amoral, never any one on site at office, slow response times on resolving issues
Fair to Midline
Going into year 5. Not the best as far as communication with the office. Additionally have been owned by three or four companies at this point so every 9 months to a year policies and apps/accounts keeps changing. But the Location is great.
