Right next to the river!
We've been here for one year and one month. Laundry room has a front load large washer. Dryers are good. Beautiful courtyard with large area of grass and trees. Apartment is the right size for two adults. Plenty of hot water! AC and furnace work great. Every maintenance request has been completed in a timely manner. During school the kids usually get off the bus around 4:30 p.m. when the kids are in school it's usually pretty quiet most of the day until the bus drops them off. I am so grateful to have a beautiful apartment for me and my son!
