Nice spot by river/downtown

I have lived here for a little under a year. The staff is excellent. Chelsy is always attentive and quick to respond. The maintenance guy, Daniel, is very courteous and punctual. It can be very loud early in the morning during trash pickup (3 days a week). Units are nice and big but you are certainly paying for space. This is not a cheap location. However, being right near downtown and the river is very nice. No major issues. The fitness center leaves a lot to be desired. Essentially a hotel workout room. But keyless entry is great and no major issues with other residents. The area around the building has some homeless.

Riverline review

I've absolutely loved living at Riverline. It is in close proximity to all my favorite places to go, but far enough that it isn't loud and in the middle of the action.

Just moved. The apartment is perfect for one person. Overall it is great. The parking is a bit tight.

Excellent apartments

I have lived here for only a short time, but the units are excellent. Very spacious hallways for moving in and a wide enough elevator to minimize trips up the stairs with furniture. The leasing manager, Chelsy, is extremely knowledgeable and available to ask questions. The location is great; right near downtown and the Greenbelt. However, it is quite noisy, as there is trash pickup seemingly every morning. The fitness center is reminiscent of a hotels, with a very basic set of dumbells and some random machines. Not much rhyme or reason to it. The rooftop patio/grill are a very nice amenity, though there are no grilling utensils/brushes. Overall, it's been an excellent place to live.
