Overall fantastic community
I've lived here since February, overall a nice place to live. We live in building 4, the parking isn't fantastic sometimes its a much longer trek to the door than I'd like. Other than that, we had water heater issues on move in and it was addressed same day which was amazing. The maintenance guys were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Appliances are nice in the room we have a 2br 2bath Ashbury. I never hear the neighbors through the walls, however you can hear the hallway through the front door - not sure if this is universal but we can hear the neighbors through the front door. front desk staff is quick and attentive -Devontre was amazing showing us around and helping through the move-in process. Neighbors are friendly, quite a few kids in the pool sometimes but all well behaved kids. dog park is nice but hot in the summers they use turf so I dont recommend going there in the summer months mid day it is very hot for the pups but the area is well maintained and so close by so many nice places. Overall great area.

Friendly, open, natural
The process of getting here was the smoothest and most stressfree system ive ever experienced. I was coming from an emergency situation and they understood completely our need to move fast, and within 48 hours we had a tour of the fantastic facilities and a mockup apartment. Then we were signed on will a super low rate for what they were giving us, and just signed on for another year! Thank you Edgewater Staff for being so amazing and taking care of us!
