bad parking, small kitchen

The place is great, but the kitchen has almost no storage space. The same can be said about the parking lot.

Currently good at its price

Overall decent place for the price, i wouldnt spend anymore on it though. $1490 is nearing high rate for the wages people have around here.

Pretty nice, but poor parking situation

If you plan on living here just know that there is zero vistor parking in the complex, and deepsix vultures are always circling. There is often almost every spot in use, but many are “compact” so big trucks may struggle to fit. Besides that its pretty quiet and I think the apartments are pretty nice.
