Overall it's a great place just sometimes the maintainance requests take a while. Still waiting to have the AC replaced with a suitable sized one.

Rent is a bit high for having a washers that break so often.

Great rate and location. All else lacking.

The property here is at a great location and the rental rate is unbeatable for the current market. However, outside the maintenance crew, the staff are incredibly disrespectful and lack any level of compassion or empathy - always citing "policy" and "not playing favorites." It's a major blemish on what could otherwise be a near ideal rental.

Move in ready?

We were told our apartment was move in ready. It was not. We had to do A LOT of cleaning. Other than that though its been great. The noise is minimal our neighbors seem good. The apartment is nice regardless of age. We wrote the maintenance that needed to be done in the house on the move in review, they immediately addressed the issues the could.
