Enjoy living here. Wish price would NOT increase every year. Wish you didn't have to pay more for month to month rent. Wish you had a 6 month contract - not a year contract. Wish you didn't have to pay $3500 to get out of contract.

I enjoy living here - however, I am on a fixed income and prices raise each time I renew my lease. I would like to see some type of incentive to existing renters to continue living here. I feel the $50 increase in paying for internet is more than enough of an increase for renters with no additional increase for the upcoming year.

I have lived here for 3 years and it has been nothing short of wonderful. As a single woman, I feel safe and secure. My one-bedroom apartment is nice and spacious! The people that I've met have added to the feeling of community. I'll stay indefinitely!
