Awesome place. Neighbors are all nice and friendly. Wish the folks above me would not throw things around for two hours every night. BUT its a great place overall.

Parking is good and they disabled access apts make life a lot easier. Maintenance and office staff are always parking their golf carts in the entrance ways though and that can make the accessibility a lot less accessible. The office staff is pretty good but sometimes I get the feeling that my call to them has caused them a huge inconvenience, which does make me less inclined to call them. Maintenance is pretty good overall. Its pretty quiet here and a good location with access to stores and bus lines and its a great area to walk.
