Each unit allows up to two pets with a combined weight not exceeding 80 pounds.  Aggressive breeds are not permitted.  There is a one-time $200 refundable deposit and a $200 non-refundable deposit, along with a monthly pet fee of $30 per pet.  For any questions regarding our pet policy, please contact us.

We’ve lived at Bella Terra a little over 2.5 years now and we couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! Christie has been an incredible property manager and even though we miss Dave (previous maintenance man) the new maintenance has fulfilled all of our requests quickly and resolved our issues (also great with snow removal)! Parking has gotten much better for residents just wish we had a better situation for visitors. The complex is pretty quiet and we receive good communication from management. Google fiber is definitely a plus too. We’ve never faltered in recommending Bella Terra to people we know :)

Christie and Dave are the best and really make living at Belle Terra easy! Its a great location and an amazing price. If you don’t want a pool and gym (which i dont need) you’ll be perfectly happy here!

I have lived here for a month now and am very happy. This is an amazing location. The streets directly off of the complex are not very busy, yet everything is close by. The complex is always quiet. I have not had a noise complaint at all. My third floor balcony also has an amazing view. The management is very friendly and quick to fix any problems.
