the house is perfect for the amount of money we are paying. I really like the amenities, i havent used them yet but i am excited to use them soon. hope i get that gift card, that would help a lot with Christmas presents for the kids.

The office staff is awesome! Peter was fantastic and answered all my questions while making me feel so welcome. The tour went great and we got approval pretty quick! It's been so quiet here and we love the space. There were only a few cosmetic maintenance issues so I haven't had any experience with the process of fixing them yet but I'm sure they'll get to it in order of need. The only thing I wish the unit had was a storage closet for extras but there's a few storage places right down the street. All the rooms also have large windows that let in so much light and at night all the patio lights come on so when you drive through it's like looking at Christmas lights, it's so pretty!

The move-in process was not well coordinated and communication from the property was poor. However, the location of the property and quietness is great so far. Parking is easy and accessible. The outside of the properties appear well-kept.

Easy move in and lease signing. White glove service by Meghan, the property manager. You are felt welcomed here. Amenities will be good. It gets cold in these apartments, so it seems walls are not insulated. The flooring is only vinyl which means that it won't last or may lose it's finish due to pet claws or moving around furniture.

I am extremely happy with my experience. The maintenance is very responsive, management is great to work with, and I plan on renewing my lease again later this year. Year-round the grounds are well kept, and I love that it is close to so many places, yet quiet to enjoy the summer evenings on the patio. The townhomes are spacious, and a great place to call home.
