I really love the location of this neighborhood. You're tucked back just enough from the main road but are still close to alot of things. The maintenance could be better; seems that they send someone out multiple times but things aren't always fixed as well as they could be. We had an issue with a ceiling fan that had the same guy out 3 times and it's still not resolved. They went thru a management change recently and the new management team seems good with communication and what not. All in all, we are content.
