I really enjoy living here. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. I feel safe and comfortable in this community.

I've lived here over 16 years.always been quiet in my bldg.maintence has always responded quickly to any issues I had.staff have been friendly and respectful. Moving because of mobility issues.need to be closer to family.

The apartment came in a sub optimal state. Carpet torn and worn out in some areas. Makeshift ventilation that doesn't work well. Coutertop was chipped and there are no ceiling lights other then in the dining room. It's a great place to save money on rent and not have to hear your neighbors. Plus you can get decent internet.

Last 2 yrs out of 5 have been the worse, now with no warning, we're not able to use trash shoots, or pay rent with money orders. Loosing our amenities one by one, washers/dryers are always broke down, lawn care is disgusting, it's becoming a joke and embarrassing to bring your family or friends here.
