Manager/Staff/Upgrades

New management has been really great with getting this property in shape. Maintenance has also greatly improved. Sunburst has slowly but surely felt more safe over the last year.

I've lived at Sunburst since mid May 2023. I love taking my kids to play at the park outside. I enjoy talking to my neighbors. I also love that my downstairs neighbor is so understanding that kids are going to be kids and they can be noisy at times. I would definitely refer anyone to live here. In fact, I already have.
