Great place, parking is easy and never seem too far from a door. Mail is pretty close & easy to get. Free bevs & snacks @ club house, & even food during the warmer months which is pretty nice. Club house is available for booking, which I haven't tried, but is nice to have accessability to. As for my complaints, two on the complex & one on residents. First, many people seem to never pick up after there dogs. The complex makes it pretty easy with free bags around the buildings. However, they are not always filled and often empty for many days before filled. That is no excuse for dog owners, but at mild I convince for those dogs who seem to be done, but aren't or more than normal and need and extra. My other complaint is not maintenance as a whole, the workers are great and responsive, but towards management. My buildings door didn't have any suppression on the close and would slam behind you, for months. Never complained, bad on me and others, but why was it never noticed by maintenance or asked to be inspected? Often times, the key pads bug out or dont register a number or two and make you repeat it twice more. Beyond those very topical complaints, great place to reside.

I really love this apartment complex. It has everything I need, fitness, pool, locked package room. It's quiet here even with lots of dogs! It's in a great part of Ankeny, near some fast food, grocery, urgent care, Costco...all kinds of shopping.
