It was a great place to live, our only problems with it was the noise from the roads. It got really loud in our apartment

This is a very good place to live, having a full kitchen and also in-unit washer and dryer is something I will never take for granted after living without them. One of the most surprising things about living in this apartment is how little noise I can hear from other tenants. I've had neighbors apologize for blaring their music super loud and I was confused because I've never heard it. The people who come into the apartment for maintenance have always been very kind and professional. The parking situation can be kind of lame sometimes because the close spots are almost always filled quickly and then you have quiiiite a long walk to the farther spots. However, that being the worst thing I can really say about the place, I'd say that's a pretty good deal honestly.

After moving to this property from one that was closer to campus, I have found that the properties owned by West End Living are wonderful in every regard. The cost of rent has not skyrocketed, though utilities and water are on a per-person basis, and the dumpsters have always been taken care of. Speaking of, the properties themselves have obviously been taken care of and managed well, which have made the living spaces feel more like a home than just a place to stay. Bus routes are super close, and they show up on time. I've never had to file a noise complaint, never had any problems with neighbors at all, really, and only ever had to contact the front desk to renew my lease for another year! While parking at my property is free, I do sometimes have to park a bit further from my building than I'd like, but that is a small price to pay for the privacy afforded by the location. I have a balcony, a lovely amount of space, both in shared areas and personal, the appliances all work, and I have noticed people taking care of the grounds quite often. This truly is a great place to live, and since none of the properties are done through Hunziker you can be assured that the spaces are well up to code and will work.
