I noticed the property started to get better when the manager, Jesse started. New mailboxes, new washer and dryer machines, landscaping, common lighting, and less illegal activity happening in the parking lot where the homeless would park their car and stay. Jesse and his staff really clean up the property! Now get family activities, bringing the neighbors together and outreaches, and really make the place SAFE to walk around the property! The maintenance staff is friendly, and hard working taking care of common and in people's homes. No more the feeling like we live in one housing development. For 27 years of living here, this place has gotten better. Can't wait until they start the major renovations for the property. I hope Jesse, Jimmy, and Renato no leave.

Over the years things have been at its worse but slowly over time with a new resident manager and company things will change over time..
