Could be much better

I have lived here for 7 years. I like that I am close to my family in the Mililani area. This complex could be more organized. Lot of issues with parking, loud noises, the unit itself could use some new appliances and maybe some fixers being that this place was built in 2007. The management could better screen the tenants so that there are more responsible people living here to make it a better place to live for all ages. If I could live somewhere else in Mililani, I would but it's too expensive.

Nice place

The current manager “Shanda” has resolved our parking lot lighting issue within days from when i resubmitted my maintenance request. The lights have been inoperable for years. I feel safer now that the parking lot lights have been repaired.
