Lighthouse Building

The location is great, but the expenses are high. I am responsible for the AC maintenance, plumbing (clogged building pipe), and dumpster service, which the other tenant uses. I also had multiple months of paying rent online and it wouldnt go through although it was completed on my end, and was charged late fees. All of our guests complain about the parking lot, and sometimes there isnt enough. The buildings bathrooms are not kept up, i have installed a new sink in one and replaced a toilet seat but the other sink is falling off of the wall in the other with a broken faucet,and the toilet needs to be replaced soon.
