Have lived here for a long time. During these tough times, very lucky to have qualified for a unit. Great place to start a small family or live solo within a small community. Having friendly neighbors is a plus.

We just moved in, but we like the place a lot. It's fairly spacious for a family of 4, even 5. We got lucky to have a tree that provides some shade to our parking spot. It's awesome there are 2 spots per unit. The location is so great, just across the street from downtown Kona, which is great for a family stroll. But, hands down, the best is the staff. They're really kind, helpful and very friendly. They strive for this place to be a good place for families to live affordably. And there are tons of families here, which means tons of kids. That adds to the noise factor. Something to take in consideration is that a great amount of people here as islanders, which have a very different culture than mainland USA. Some issues might arise because of that.

Convenient location, safe neighborhood, reasonably priced, great staff and maintenance workers

Great units for the price! Though every unit seems to have some questionsble quirks (missing floor oanels, janky outlets, mis aligned base boards etc). Still, its likely the cheapest place o nthe island to get a decent two bedroom apartment for the price

Great place to live considering the price. Lawn is well maintained, dumpsters are emptied as soon as they're filled, staff is friendly. Its right in town so conveniently close to everything. But being in town, it gets very hot here.
