Cute spot, decent area

I love my little studio, especially with it being just me its oerfect for ny needs. The location is great, you're just a walk away from a few cafes and being in town makes it so convenient. I have saved a lot on gas which is awesome. It does get hot but my fan has been helping me a lot with that and the noise doesnt get too bad for me.
