You have a full size refrigerator with a small kitchen sink with counter. You also have a washerdryer unit. There is a shared pool and pool service is $100, the other residents upstairs pay $200. The other utilities are split with the other residents.. Trash pick up bill can be split with upstairs residents as well. The current tenant pays for her own Spectrum account. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. The neighborhood is very nice. Its super close to town and some gorgeous beaches. To get there turn down Lako Street towards the ocean from Queen K Highway, make your first right on Kapuna Street then make the third left onto Kololia it is the 2nd home on the left. Yard service is paid for by the owner.
