Awesome Place

First off i wanna give thanks to Danielle, for giving my family the opportunity to stay here, she helps us out anyway she can. This complex is located in the best place in Kahului. Walking to work or shopping is so awesome. I gave noise a one star because there isn’t any noise around our place. Maybe I read it wrong and didn’t give a 5 star. But anyway thank you folks for everything. Aloha

Needs 24/7....person per 8 hour shift per property for the parking lot only, someone also watching the gate at night drug addicts that come through our gates. High rent for tiny spaces should include better security. People working on the building before 8am or anyone having loud conversations on property before 8am. People wouldn't mind having the amount spent on a Christmas treat on money off their rent, gas card, or Amazon card. Most folks are diabetic and can't eat cookies or Almond Roca though it was thoughtful. Renters should have a booklet of helpful ideas: making sure doors are secure so doors to slam, what can and should not go down a disposal(potato skins or hard/soft rice that can burst pipes), using the right type of product to clean the floors like Bona since certain products and devices may cause damage or build up on the floor, not wanting to come off. Etc. Having someone to clean screens and windows so tenants dont break them. Having the restaurant across the street not having their glass trash being taken at 1am. It sounds like it right outside the window!
