We would recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to live in Waikiki! The staff is great and there's a lot of stuff to do in the area.

Incredible value for the location. If you want to be in Waikiki and need an affordable place you cannot do better. Wonderful staff that will handle any issue.

263 Kaiulani Ave has been a great living situation for my wife and I. The location is great given that the beach and Waikiki are only a few blocks away. It is an exciting place to live. The most important asset that this place has is the property/apartment manager Denise F. She is always so kind to everyone and is always on top of her job. No request made to her is ever ignored or delayed. If I have a maintenance issue in the apartment, Denise ensures that someone is working on it almost immediately. We have lived in three different apartments on this property, and while the apartments may be a little older and suffer from the wear and tear of multiple residents, Denise and the owners show no hesitation in regards to making needed repairs. The owners are not cheap either when it comes to making repairs and renovations which would make the tenants both safe and happy. Although pricey, this apartment is fair given the area, and as long as the rent remains the same, we intend to stay as long as possible.

I really enjoy the location, neighbors, and staff. Denise is absolutely amazing. When you have a great property manager, people want to stay and I've heard that time and time again from long time renters or people who come back after leaving. The rooftop patio is a gem. Love it!

The staff here are wonderful! The view from the apartment is lacking for a window. The noise here is horrendous! Need more parking, and free of charge. The apartments need s a stove or toaster oven so we can cook like normal people.
