It's my first rental property in Hawaii, so I can't compare it with others, but the rent is lower than average for a good location in Waikiki. I think it's the best considering the convenience of transportation and being able to walk to the downtown area. The downside is that it faces the main street, so the noise of cars and tourists is noisy.
