The broken down vehicle issue has not been resolved. It appears to be getting worse. Pet rules are not enforced—tenants walking their dogs around and allowing them to poo in areas that other tenants walk on, pass through to get to their units. I observed and reported to the property manager, on several instances, poo near my front door (I live on the first floor). To get to my vehicles I would have to cross a small patch of grass, typically where other tenants have made their dogs poo and urinate. What is your pet policy?!?! It’s becoming so disgusting to live here. The trash situation is the second worse. Either your company fails to pay the trash bill on time or the trash company is short resources to keep up with their contracts. May I suggest your company reevaluate its services and policies relative to broken vehicles and pets. Thank you.

Bel-Air is the most affordable 2bd, 2bath apartment that is centrally located and a convenience to shopping centers and restaurants.

Too many broken cars taking up parking area. Broken vehicles that are being held up by jack stands can be extremely dangerous for other tenants and their children. We currently have inoperable vehicles that are sitting in parking stalls closer to the units, leaving tenants walking far to their units getting caught in the rain. Too many tenants with too many broken / inoperable vehicles. The place is looking more like a junk yard rather than a place people can call home. Please address this longstanding issue and enforce apartment rules. Thank you.

Great Stay at a Cozy Apartment! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The living area was spacious, and the natural light streaming through the windows made it feel inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, and the modern appliances were a nice touch. One of the highlights was the location—conveniently situated near public transportation, local shops, and restaurants. I could easily explore the neighborhood, making it the perfect base for my stay. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. Additionally, the communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check-in and check-out process. The amenities, such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning, worked perfectly, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. If I had to mention any downsides, it would be that the bathroom was a bit smaller than expected, but it was still functional and clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quiet, well-located place to stay.

The apartment complex is aging, and they are trying to update it, but the building structure itself is aged, with the walls leaking during heavy rains, and water flooding through the seams of the floor and walls during typhoons, ruining the new paint jobs to renovated apartments. Why have a generator if the company that owns the complex will not use the generator nor supply fuel for the generator following a major typhoon, yet same company claims there is a fuel shortage when it supplies fuel to a hotel instead of paying local residents first, especially when they have food and milk for children that will spoil, and more importantly, may have medications that require refrigeration, and may go bad, risking the health of a paying resident. The grounds are often littered, and no one is picking up the trash. Perhaps if there were trash cans, maybe residents would use them instead of just leaving it on the ground. The likelihood of that may be slim but, it still leaves the issue that people throw their trash on the ground, and there are no staff to keep the grounds clean and clear.

Each unit offers spacious dining, living, and bedrooms. Each unit also has its own power and water meter, telephone and cable line. The property is equipped with a backup generator that can provide sufficient power for lights and refrigeration in units as well as lights in the hallways and common areas. A Security officer is onsite from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM daily and is complemented by 24-hour CCTV camera systems. Bel-Air also has a 24-hour laundry facility on-premise. A playground and park compliment the property and a Property Manager is on-site during regular business hours.
