Maintenance requests take longer than expected, especially in an emergency. No one ever picks up the telephone when you call the office. Parking spaces are not near your door step. Overall, poor quality all around.

Absolutely love living here. It is nice and quiet. Close to shopping. The only bad thing is traffic when they have concerts in downtown.

Whispering Trace is a very quiet neighborhood. People pretty much stay to themselves. Walking distance to downtown Woodstock
