Pet Restrictions: Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, and American Bulldog, or any crossbreeds of these. Maximum weight limit of 100 pounds per pet. No more than two (2) pets allowed unless written approval is obtained from Quinn Property Management. Fees: Non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one pet; $500 for up to two pets. Monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Prohibited Animals: Dangerous or poisonous animals and exotic pets are not permitted. Fish Tanks: Limited to 20 gallons. No pet fee or pet rent required for fish. Assistive Animals: Animals assisting persons with disabilities are exempt from these restrictions and are not considered pets. Vaccinations and Registrations: All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and current state, city, and county registrations. Visiting Animals: No visiting animals allowed under any circumstances. Assistance Animals No Cost - Pet screening is mandatory as part of the application process prior to move in with a 2-5 business day approval turnaround time. Assistive Animals for persons with disabilities are not considered to be pets and are not subject to the pet restrictions bestowed in this section
