After approximately eight months of residing in Grove Landing in Warner Robins, I can only express positivity regarding our experiences during our stay in this community. Whether there is a concern, discrepancy, or general inquiry, Ron has promptly returned all communication and consistently presented exceptional customer service. Although maintenance calls have been quite rare and few, apart from adjusting the water heater during move-in, the on-site maintenance has been quick to address any of our concerns. Between Ron and the maintenance team, they have truly been assets to Grove Landing. I believe they make it an actual residential community rather than the typical leasing experience.

It is a real bummer to pay what we pay and yet the simplest things like a question seems to not get a response. It is a simple email and if someone did not know what we asked then it would be nice to get a response , although instead you just get ignored. The communication is not good at all at it really is a bummer.
