Only been here a month. Nice and quiet area. Price doesn't quite line up with the fact of no washer/dryer hook-up, eventhough a laundry facility is available. Apartments are essentially older and the price is in comparison with newer complexes who offer W/D hook-ups inside the units. The units also require the use of lamps because there are no lights in the living room area or the bedrooms.
