Good location, rent is affordable, though I feel alienated and treated unfairly for unknown reasons and constantly threatened. I have been accused of owed back pay up to 2600 dollars for over a year and have never missed a payment nor have been late. Poor maintenance and record keeping and constantly being threatened of eviction is stressful sometimes
