Great Place
I like the area, I feel sometime isn’t that clean in the walkway, of your doorway.
Apartment Quality Has Gone Down Tremendously
Grass is cut and not cleaned up, landscaping used to be nice.No mulch, dirt and mud all over. Trash can for dog waste overflows. Can't walk outside without dog poop, leftover cut grass or mud on shoes. Access gate never fixed. They eventually removed gates. Need a refund for access card. Refuse to replace carpet or flooring but rent increased by $200-$300. No upgrades
Needs Work
Moved in off of what model unit look like. When taking possession of my unit I was greeted with a filthy breezeway with stains, spills on doors, and of all things graffiti all over the walls on the outside of the unit. Upon entering my apartment I was greeted with a stale scent which seems to be coming from the guest bathroom. I did get new wood panel flooring & carpeting in all bedrooms but wood flooring was left with dirt and debris from one end to the other and there were numerous screws found in all carpeted areas. Next, the toilet in the guest bathroom was not cleaned, fecal matter was all around the rim of toilet once you lifted the toilet seat (notified a Monica in the office & she did come clean it immediately). Both bathtubs were not cleaned. Both the washer & dryer were not cleaned especially the insides. Oh, the heater did not work the 1st night I was in the apartment and there was no hot water the following morning (maintenance fixed the heat & replaced the hot water heater that night around 9pm). I’m on the 1st floor and I can hear every move that is made from the n neighbors above me which is very aggravating. Honestly this has been the absolute worst move in process I’ve ever had. I really hope the next 13 months turns out to be better than my move in. Curtis Screen Jr.
