The homes are not in good shape. Kitchen is falling apart and have mention it several times. They look at it and patch it. Overall it's quiet.

I love the house but the maintenance is not up to par.. my closet doors in all 3 bedrooms on the other side of the house still aren’t fixed and the counters in the kitchen look a bit worn just painted over
